Earlier this week, EPA announced that they were extending the deadline for comments on the Draft Biological Evaluation for the herbicide glyphosate until mid-March. As part of the re-registration process, EPA must take into consideration requirements contained in the Endangered Species Act in addition to those contained in FIFRA.
